Scunthorpe based IT solutions provider HBP Systems have recently received a Silver Partner accreditation from Avaya; a leading global provider of communications networks for businesses.

The Silver Partner accreditation comes following recent months where HBP Systems have shown continued effort and support of the Avaya range of IP telephony products and solutions. This effort has been displayed recently after HBP saw a rise in the demand for communications networks, in particular VOIP Telephony Solutions, and responded by providing focused VOIP events for local companies to attend and learn more about the functionalities of Avaya and VOIP.

Coupled with this, the IT solutions provider have also recruited and trained their sales and technical teams to the highest levels to ensure that they met the stringent criteria required to become an Avaya Silver Partner. By training and accrediting their teams of staff, HBP Systems are able to advise businesses and help them move forward with their communications systems by installing and supporting digital and VoIP telephony networks.

Avaya is an award winning data and communications solution for small and medium sized businesses which utilises an internet connection for the transmission of both voice and messaging.
